Head of National Institute of Public Administration

Dr. Adi Suryanto, M.Si is Head of National Institute of Public Administration. He has attended various trainings related to management and leadership such as Strategic dialogue on reform of civil service leadership training & education systems in France & the Netherlands in 2017. Having experience as a presenter in various seminars both national and international such as in international forums, various seminars have been attended including the Eastern Regional Organization for Public Administration (EUROPA), the International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS), the International Association of Schools and Institutes of Administration (IASIA) ), Korean Association for Policy Studies (KAPS), Network of Asia Pacific Schools and Institutes of Public Administration and Governance (NAPSIPAG). In 2017 he was appointed as Vice President of the 26th Eastern Regional Organization for Public Administration (EUROPA) General Assembly. In 2019, he was a speaker at the international conference of the International Association of Schools and Institute of Administration (IASIA) in Lisbon, Portugal.

Dr. Lizan e. Perante-calina is the Dean of the Graduate School of Public and Development Management of the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP-GSPDM). She holds both Doctor of Public Administration and Master of Public Administration degrees from the University of the Philippines-National College of Public Administration and Governance (UP-NCPAG). She finished her Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication major in Public Relations from the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos with Cum Laude honor. She is also the President Philippine Society for Public Administration (PSPA)and the President of Philippine Futures Thinking Society

Sulfikar Amir is an Associate Professor of Science, Technology, and Society (STS) and a faculty member in Sociology Programme at the School of Social Sciences NTU. His research interests primarily focus on examining institutional, political, and epistemological dimensions of scientific knowledge and technological systems. He has conducted research on technological nationalism, development and globalisation, nuclear politics, risk and disaster, design studies, city and infrastructure, and resilience.

He has published many journals and books in the public sector. He graduated from Ph.d Political Science (Public Administration) at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, IL USA, 2004

Prof Endang holds her Doctoral Degree from University of Indonesia. Currently she is a Professor in Public Administration in Polytechnique STIA LAN Bandung. She has expertise in system thinking, system dynamic, public policy and administration. She has published several books and journals in system thinking and system dynamic.
